Clean Air Solar Farm is a proposed solar farm on land located in The East Riding of Yorkshire.

If approved, this project will have an anticipated export capacity of approximately 500 megawatts (MW) of sustainable, renewable energy. Clean Air Solar Farm is an evolution of the project previously known as Kingfisher Solar Farm and is being developed in partnership between Perigus Energy and PS Renewables. This will enable the optimisation of the existing grid connection into the National Grid.

Clean Air Solar Farm has the potential to power the equivalent of around 160,000 UK homes with sustainable electricity.

The Clean Air Solar Farm is essential to provide clean, renewable energy to power homes and businesses across the UK, and will enhance the UK’s shift toward sustainable energy sources and contribute to the nation’s renewable energy goals.

Clean Air Solar Farm is a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project (NSIP), which means that we will apply for a Development Consent Order (DCO) to the Planning Inspectorate (PINS) who will make a recommendation to the Secretary of State for a final decision.
